BASE-ISOLATING METHOD OF EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating method of an existing building excellent in workability, capable of also shortening a construction period, and capable of reducing cost.SOLUTION: When interposing a base-isolator on a cross-sectional square-shaped column 1 in an existing building, bar arrangement and a form for placing increasingly placing concrete 11 are constructed on the outer periphery of upper and lower parts 1a and 1b while leaving a range H to insert the base-isolator of the column 1, and an axial force transfer steel plate 4 whose upper and lower parts 4a and 4b respectively constitute a part of the form, is provided by being arranged over the range H on opposed two surfaces of the column 1, and next, after forming reinforcement parts 12 in the upper and lower parts by placing the increasingly placing concrete in the form, the upper and lower parts 4a and 4b of the axial force transfer steel plate 4 are fixed by being brought into pressure contact with the reinforcement parts 12 by connection means, and next, the range H to interpose the base-isolator of the column 1 is cut off, and the axial force transfer steel plate 4 is removed after inserting the base-isolator 17 into the cutoff part.
【課題】作業性に優れ、しかも工期の短縮化とコストの低減化を図ることが可能になる既存建物の免震化工法を提供する。【解決手段】既存建物における断面方形状の柱1に免震装置を介装するに際し、柱1の免震装置を挿入すべき範囲Hを残した上下部1a、1bの外周に、増し打ちコンクリート11を打設するための配筋および型枠を施工するとともに、柱1の対向する2面に、範囲Hに跨って配置されることにより上下部分4a、4bがそれぞれ型枠の一部を構成する軸力移行鋼板4を設け、次いで上記型枠内に増し打ちコンクリートを打設することにより上下部に補強部12を形成した後に、連結手段により軸力移行鋼板4の上下部分4a4bを補強部12に圧接させて固定し、次いで柱1の免震装置を介装すべき範囲Hを切断し、切断部位に免震装置17を挿入した後に軸力移行鋼板4を撤去する。【選択図】図7
