TEMPORARY SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR BASE-ISOLATING WORK, AND BASE-ISOLATING METHOD FOR EXISTING BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary support structure for base-isolating work that reduces only a little space used for living and is capable of securing bearing force without damaging an existing column.SOLUTION: A temporary support structure for base-isolating work is installed on an outer periphery of an existing column A, at above and below a part A1 into which a seismic isolator 30 of the existing column A is inserted, and includes: additionally placed parts 11A, 11B having an outer form on which the seismic isolator 30 may be installed; a sheath tube 12 piercing through and embedded in each of the additionally placed parts 11A, 11B; brackets 13, 14 installed detachably on outside of the additionally placed parts 11A, 11B in a same direction, the brackets being placed to face each other; a PC steel bar 15 under tensioning force that is inserted through each sheath tube 12 and connects the brackets 13, 14 that face each other; and a jack 16 installed between the brackets 13, 14 on top and bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】居住などに使用可能な空間が減少することが少なく、且つ、既存柱を欠損することなく耐力を確保することが可能な免震化工事の仮設支持構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震化工事の仮設支持構造は、既存柱Aの免震装置30が挿入される部分A1の上下にて、それぞれ既存柱Aの外周に設けられ、免震装置30が設置可能な外形を有する増し打ち部11A,11Bと、増し打ち部11A,11Bをそれぞれ貫通するように埋設されたシース管12と、増し打ち部11A,11Bの外側にそれぞれ着脱可能に、同方向に対向するように設けたブラケット13,14と、各シース管12を挿通し、対向するブラケット13,14を連結して、緊張力がかけられたPC鋼棒15と、上下のブラケット13,14間に設置されたジャッキ16とを備える。【選択図】図1
