PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal member installing metal fitting for a guard fence for easily installing a horizontal member to a column, and also excellent in an appearance.SOLUTION: A horizontal member installing metal fitting for a guar fence for installing a horizontal member 3 on a column 2, is the horizontal member installing metal fitting for the guard fence composed of a pair of horizontal member installing metal fitting bodies 1a and 1b installed on the column 2 so as to sandwich the column 2 and forming an engaging part for engaging with the column 2 on an inner surface of a central part of the horizontal member installing metal fitting bodies 1a and 1b, in which an opening 4 is formed on the column 2, and the engaging part is composed of embossment 5 inserted into the opening 4 formed by extrusion-processing a part of the horizontal member installing metal fitting bodies 1a and 1b to the column 2 side, and the embossment 5 comprises a claw member 6, and the claw member 6 engages the embossment 5 with the opening 4 so as not to slip out of the opening 4 by elastic force of the claw member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】支柱への横部材の取り付けが容易に行え、しかも、外観に優れた防護柵用横部材取付金具を提供することにある。【解決手段】支柱２に横部材３を取り付けるための防護柵用横部材取付金具であり、支柱２を挟むようにして支柱２に取り付けられる一対の横部材取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂからなり、横部材取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂの中央部の内面には、支柱２に係合するための係合部が形成されている防護柵用横部材取付金具において、支柱２には、開口４が形成され、前記係合部は、横部材取付金具本体１ａ、１ｂの一部を支柱２側に押し出し加工することにより形成された、開口４内に挿入されるエンボス５からなり、エンボス５は、爪部材６を有し、爪部材６は、爪部材６の弾性力によりエンボス５を開口４から抜け出し不可に開口４に係合させる。【選択図】図１
