PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure that can be installed in a unit type building without entering of eaves to adjacent land while maintaining good appearance of the whole roof, and can stabilize edges of eaves in a projecting corner part and a recessed corner part.SOLUTION: A roof 4 structure of a unit type building 1 built by combining a plurality of building units 2 each having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped frame comprises: short auxiliary panels 5 and long auxiliary panels 6 that are installed so as to project laterally from a top of the building unit 2 at a top floor; a plurality of piers that are provided to erect on the building units 2 and the auxiliary panels 5, 6; and a roof panel that is supported by the plurality of piers. In a projecting corner part of the building, one of substantially perpendicularly arranged long auxiliary panels 6 is fixed to a short side of the building unit 2, and the other of substantially perpendicularly arranged long auxiliary panels 6 is fixed to a long side of the building unit 2 and one end of the one of the long auxiliary panels 6, respectively.
【課題】ユニット式建物において、屋根全体の美観を保ちつつ、軒を隣地に侵入させずに設けることができて、出隅部や入隅部の軒先部を安定させられる屋根構造を提供する。【解決手段】略直方体状のフレームを有する建物ユニット２を複数組み合わせて建築されるユニット式建物１の屋根４の構造であって、最上階部分の建物ユニット２の上部から側方に突出して設けられる短尺の補助パネル５及び長尺の補助パネル６と、建物ユニット２及び補助パネル５・６の上に立てて設けられる複数の束と、その複数の束に支持される屋根パネルと、を備え、建物の出隅部において、略直交配置される一方の長尺の補助パネル６を建物ユニット２の短辺側に固定して、略直交配置される他方の長尺の補助パネル６を建物ユニット２の長辺側と一方の長尺の補助パネル６の一端側にそれぞれ固定する。【選択図】図１
