WALL STRUCTURE OF MULTI-STORIED BUILDING AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure of a multi-storied building that does not require special members and is simply structured and low priced, and allows the air inside the building to circulate, along with a building having the wall structure.SOLUTION: A wall structure 10 inside a multi-storied building includes a ventilation wall having a pair of wall boards 12a, 12b that face each other and form a flow channel 13, and the flow channels 13 of the ventilation walls in adjacent floors communicate through the floor. The ventilation wall installed in at least a floor has air supply and exhaust ports 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b, and 20a to 20d that are formed to communicate with the flow channel 13, for exhausting the air in the floor from the flow channel 13 and supplying the air to the floor from the flow channel 13.
【課題】特別な部材を必要とせず、簡単、かつ、安価に建物内の空気を循環させることのできる、複数階を有する建物内の壁構造、およびそれを備えた建物を提供する。【解決手段】複数階を有する建物内の壁構造１０であって、流路１３を構成する間隙を形成して互いに対向して配置された一対の壁板１２ａ，１２ｂを有する通気壁を備え、上下に位置するそれぞれの階に設けられた通気壁の流路１３が、床部を介して連通している。少なくとも一の階に設けられた通気壁は、一対の壁板１２ａ，１２ｂの少なくとも一方に、当該一の階の空気を流路１３から排気する、または当該一の階へ流路１３から空気を給気するために流路１３と連通する給排気口１５ａ，１５ｂ，１６ａ，１６ｂ，２０ａ〜２０ｄが形成されている。【選択図】図２
