To provide a two-storied or higher building with the ceiling height of a unit bath settable higher than conventional one, while meeting the building height limitation.SOLUTION: A two-storied or higher building has odd floors and even floors. Each of the odd floors and even floors has a bathroom comprising a unit bath. The bathroom of the odd floor is arranged in a first area on a flat surface, and the bathroom of the even floor is arranged in a second area on the flat surface. At least underfloor slabs of the first area and the second area have slab-lowered structure relatively lowered in height.
