CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a base-isolated building capable of constructing the building having a base-isolation layer by using an inverse driving method.SOLUTION: A base-isolation foundation support member is installed on a steel frame column 3, and an upper PC base-isolation foundation 5 is installed in a predetermined position by being supported by the base-isolation foundation support member. A regular concrete skeleton 8 is constructed by being integrated into a regular steel frame member 6 and the upper PC base-isolation foundation 5. A base-isolation foundation support member is removed, and a board is lowered, and is integrated into the steel frame column 3, and a regular foundation skeleton 10 and a pressure-proof board 11 are constructed. While supporting the regular steel frame member 6 and the regular concrete skeleton 8 by a temporary support member installed on the pressure-proof board 11, the steel frame column 3 exposed between the upper PC base-isolation foundation 5 and the pressure-proof board 11 is cut and removed. A lower PC base-isolation foundation 14 is integrally installed on the pressure-proof board 11, and a base-isolation device 17 is installed between the upper PC base-isolation foundation 5 and the lower PC base-isolation foundation 14, and the temporary support member is removed.
【課題】逆打ち工法を用いて免震層を備えた建物を構築することを可能にした免震建物の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】構真柱3に免震基礎支持部材を取り付けるとともに、免震基礎支持部材に支持させて上部PC免震基礎5を所定位置に設置する。本設鉄骨部材6及び上部PC免震基礎5に一体化させて本設コンクリート躯体8を構築する。免震基礎支持部材を撤去するとともに、盤下げを行い、構真柱3に一体化させて本設基礎躯体10、耐圧盤11を構築する。耐圧盤11上に設置した仮支持部材で本設鉄骨部材6及び本設コンクリート躯体8を支持しつつ、上部PC免震基礎5と耐圧盤11の間に露出する構真柱3を切断撤去する。耐圧盤11上に下部PC免震基礎14を一体に設置し、上部PC免震基礎5と下部PC免震基礎14の間に免震装置17を設置し、仮支持部材を撤去する。【選択図】図8
