CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a base-isolated building for accurately arranging a base-isolating device in an intermediate layer of a support constructed in an inverted manner.SOLUTION: A support 25 constructed in an inverted manner comprises lower and upper column parts 25a and 25b. A position of the lower column part 25a erected in a pile 21 is confirmed. When the position is out of alignment, positioning is performed, and the lower column part 25a is fixed by fluidization-treated soil 16 in the adjusted position. A base-isolating device 27 and the upper column part 25b are arranged on the lower column part 25a. After the peripheries of them are backfilled, an underground structure is constructed in order from stories nearer to ground to deeper stories by an inverted construction method using the support 25 constructed in an inverted manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】逆打ち支柱の中間層において、免震装置を精度よく配置するための免震建物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】逆打ち支柱25を、下部柱部25aと上部柱部25bとから構成する。杭21に立設させた下部柱部25aの位置を確認し、位置がずれていた場合には位置調整を行ない、この調整された位置で下部柱部25aを流動化処理土16により固定する。この下部柱部25aの上に免震装置27及び上部柱部25bを配置し、これらの周囲を埋め戻した後、逆打ち支柱25を用いた逆打ち工法により、地上に近い階から深い階へと順に地下構造体を構築する。【選択図】図1
