CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
To suppress increase in the response value of a first superstructure during an earthquake when a lower part of a second superstructure of a second base-isolated building before completion is rigidly connected to a lower part of the first superstructure of a first base-isolated building, and then the construction of the second superstructure is proceeded.SOLUTION: A construction method is provided with a first step for installing a plurality of second base-isolated bearings 250 and a plurality of second damping members 252 next to a first base-isolated building 100 that has been constructed so as to form an initial base-isolation layer 212, a second step for, after the first step, constructing a second base-isolated artificial ground 222, which is at least a lower part of a second superstructure 220, on the initial base-isolation layer 212 so as to rigidly connect the second base-isolated artificial ground 222 to a first base-isolated artificial ground 122 of a first superstructure 120, and a third step for, after the second step, adding a third damping member 260 to the initial base-isolated layer 212 once or multiple times as the construction of the second building 224 progresses so as to form a second base-isolation layer 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】第一免震建物の第一上部構造物の下部に完成前の第二免震建物の第二上部構造物の下部を剛接した際の、及びその後に第二上部構造物の構築を進行させた際の第一上部構造物の地震時の応答値の増大を抑制する。【解決手段】本構築工法は、構築された第一免震建物100の隣に複数の第二免震支承材222及び複数の第二減衰材252を設置して初期免震層212を形成する第一工程と、第一工程の後に初期免震層212の上に少なくとも第二上部構造物220の下部である第二免震人工地盤222を構築し第二免震人工地盤222を第一上部構造物120の第一免震人工地盤122に剛接する第二工程と、第二工程の後に第二建物224の構築が進行するに従って初期免震層212に第三減衰材260を一回又は複数回に亘って増設し第二免震層210を形成する第三工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
