CEMENT COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition combining initial setting property with hydration heat reduction.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of any of (1) a cement composition containing portland cement clinker carbonized under high temperature atmosphere, (2) the cement composition of (1) having a content of 3CaO AlOof 6 to 24 part in 100 part of the portland cement clinker, (3) the cement composition of (1) or (2) having a content of free lime of 1 part or less in 100 part of the portland cement clinker, (4) the cement of any of (1) to (3) obtained by blending gypsum dihydrate of 1 to 10 part in 100 part of the cement composition and (5) the cement composition of any of (1) to (4) where the portland cement clinker is carbonized by carbonic acid gas under a high temperature atmosphere.
【課題】初期の凝結性状と水和熱低減を両立したセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（１）高温雰囲気で炭酸化したポルトランドセメントクリンカーを含有してなるセメント組成物、（２）３ＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３の含有量が、ポルトランドセメントクリンカー１００部中、６〜２４部である（１）のセメント組成物、（３）遊離石灰の含有量がポルトランドセメントクリンカー１００部中、１部以下である（１）または（２）のセメント組成物、（４）セメント組成物１００部中、二水石膏を１〜１０部配合する（１）〜（３）のいずれかのセメント組成物、（５）ポルトランドセメントクリンカーを高温雰囲気下炭酸ガスで炭酸化する（１）〜（４）のいずれかのセメント組成物の製造方法、である。【選択図】なし
