PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition and a production method thereof, which can improve coagulation property and initial strength development property under in low-temperature environment even when a fly ash is involved therein.SOLUTION: The cement composition contains a cement, a fly ash, an expansive admixture, and a nitrite and/or a nitrate of an alkaline earth metal, wherein the cement composition is characterized by that (A) the fly ash is 10-40 pts.mass to the total of 100 pts.mass of the cement and the fly ash and (B) the nitrite and/or the nitrate of the alkaline earth metal is 0.5 pt.mass or above to the total of 100 pts.mass of the cement and the fly ash.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】フライアッシュを含んでいても、低温環境下での凝結性及び初期強度発現性を改善することができるセメント組成物及びその製造方法。【解決手段】セメントと、フライアッシュと、膨張材と、アルカリ土類金属の亜硝酸塩及び／又は硝酸塩と、を含有してなるセメント組成物であって、（Ａ）フライアッシュ：セメント及びフライアッシュの合計１００質量部に対して１０〜４０質量部、（Ｂ）アルカリ土類金属の亜硝酸塩及び／又は硝酸塩：セメント及びフライアッシュの合計１００質量部に対して０．５質量部以上であることを特徴とする、セメント組成物。【選択図】なし
