STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR FLAKING PREVENTION OF OUTER WALL TILE, AND ALICYCLIC POLYAMINE FOR USE IN THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and method for flaking prevention of an outer wall tile that can prevent flaking of the tile without impairing design properties of the tile stuck on a concrete outer skin of a building, and to provide an alicyclic polyamine for use in the same.SOLUTION: A structure for flaking prevention of an outer wall tile is characterized as follows: an anchor pin is driven in an outer wall tile surface or a joint and the anchor pin is fixed in a concrete skeleton; a transparent primer layer is formed by applying a silicon acrylic resin primer containing an amino group-containing acryl resin and epoxysilane on the head of the anchor pin, the outer wall tile surface and the joint; a transparent reinforcing layer is formed on the transparent primer layer by applying a non-yellowing isocyanate prepolymer, an alicyclic polyamine, a reinforcement short fiber, a photostabilizer and a transparent polyurea resin paint material containing an ultraviolet absorber; and a transparent protective layer is formed on the transparent reinforcing layer by applying an acrylic silicon resin paint material containing the photostabilizer and the ultraviolet absorber.
【課題】建築物のコンクリート外皮に貼付けられたタイルの意匠性を損なうことなく、該タイルの剥落を防止することができる外壁タイル剥落防止構造及び外壁タイル剥落防止工法及びこれらに使用する脂環式ポリアミンを提供する。【解決手段】外壁タイル面または目地にアンカーピンを打ち込んでアンカーピンをコンクリート躯体に固着し、該アンカーピンの頭部及び外壁タイル面及び目地にアミノ基含有アクリル樹脂とエポキシシランを含むシリコンアクリル樹脂プライマーを塗付して透明プライマー層を形成し、該透明プライマー層の上に、無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマーと脂環式ポリアミンと補強短繊維と光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤を含む透明なポリウレア樹脂塗材を塗付して透明補強層を形成し、該透明補強層の上に、光安定剤と紫外線吸収剤とを含むアクリルシリコン樹脂塗材を塗付して透明保護層を形成したことを特徴とする外壁タイル剥落防止構造である。【選択図】図１
