PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To negate the need of limiting fitting positions of hinges 10 and 14 while stably fitting the hinges 10 and 14 supporting a new door 8 to a post 1 when a swing type door unit opening/closing an opening portion O of a building and being housed inset is renovated to a structure housed outset.SOLUTION: A new door 8 replacing an existing door is disposed at a front side of an opening portion O and has suspending end portions supported by a peripheral portion of the opening portion O via a pair of upper and lower hinges 10 and 14 in a swingable manner and closes the entire opening portion O so as to cover the entire opening portion O from the front side of the opening portion O in a closed state. The pair of upper and lower hinges 10 and 14 are fitted by screws V having lengths reaching a post 1 from the front side of the opening portion O to the post 1 in the vicinity of the opening portion O.
【課題】建物の開口部Ｏを開閉するインセット納まりの揺動型ドア装置をアウトセット納まりの構造にリフォームする際に、新規ドア８を支持する丁番１０，１４を安定して取り付けるとともに、丁番１０，１４の取付位置の制限も不要にする。【解決手段】既存ドアに代わる新規ドア８は、開口部Ｏの前側に配置されかつ吊元端部が開口部Ｏ周縁部に上下１対の丁番１０，１４を介して揺動可能に支持されていて、閉じ状態では開口部Ｏ全体を該開口部Ｏの前側から覆うように閉じるものとされる。丁番１０，１４は、開口部Ｏ近傍の柱１に対し、開口部Ｏの前側から柱１に到達する長さのビスＶにより取り付けられている。【選択図】図２
