TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel construction method for ensuring suction of freezing expansion pressure, resulting in a shorter construction period for protection work and a lower cost.SOLUTION: In the method for excavating a natural ground G using a tunnel excavator 1, installing segments 3, 4 along the excavated surface of the natural ground G, and filling backfill material 6 in a cavity between each of the segments 3, 4 and the excavated surface of the natural ground G to construct a tunnel, bag bodies 10 are laid between the segment 4 and the natural ground G in a frozen section of the natural ground G to be frozen using a freezing technique, a freezing pipe 8 is inserted and arranged into the natural ground G and the bag bodies 10 are expanded after the tunnel excavator 1 passes through a tail packing 7, and brine is supplied into the freezing pipe 8 in the state of expanding the bag bodies 10 to freeze the natural ground G around the tunnel.
【課題】確実に凍結膨張圧を吸収でき、防護工の工期短縮、コストダウンを可能にするトンネル構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】トンネル掘進機1を用いて地山Gを掘削するとともに地山Gの掘削面に沿ってセグメント3、4を設置し、セグメント3、4と地山Gの掘削面の間の空洞に裏込め材6を充填してトンネルを構築する方法において、凍結工法を用いて地山Gを凍結する凍結区間では、セグメント4と地山Gの間に袋体10を介在させ、トンネル掘進機1のテールパッキン7通過後に、凍結管8を地山Gに挿入配置するとともに袋体10を膨張させ、袋体10を膨張させた状態で凍結管8にブラインを供給してトンネル周囲の地山Gを凍結させる。【選択図】図1
