TREATMENT DEVICE AND TREATMENT METHOD FOR CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover mercury from a cement kiln exhaust gas at a low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a cement kiln exhaust gas treatment device 1 comprising: a chlorine by-pass system including: an extraction apparatus 4 where, while cooling a part G1 of a combustion exhaust gas from a kiln exhaust gas flow passage from the kiln inlet of a cement kiln to the lowermost cyclone of a pre-heater, performing extraction; a classification machine 5 separating the extracted gas G3 by the extraction apparatus into coarse powder D1, fine powder D2 and a gas G4; a cooler 6 of cooling the exhaust gas in the classification machine; and a dust collector 7 recovering the fine powder D2 from the exhaust gas G5 of the cooler; and an addition apparatus 10 adding dust KD recovered from the cement kiln exhaust gas in the vicinity of an end on cement kiln side of the extraction apparatus in the chlorine by-pass system or between the extraction apparatus and an upstream side of the classification machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
