BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING-TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device of a simple structure for a wedge binding-type scaffold.SOLUTION: A binding device for a wedge binding-type scaffold comprises a receiving metal fitting for a support post, and an engaging metal fitting at an end of a wooden tubular bracket, the receiving metal fitting being U-shaped when seen in a planar view. The engaging metal fitting includes a wedge and a wedge guiding member. The wedge has a wedge positioning member fastened close to a lower part of a wedge body, pinching a lower edge of a plate spring for pushing the wedge forward, the wedge body being of a long plate-form having a forward horizontal protrusion at an upper edge and curved rearward. The wedge guiding member has a vertical wall on which a peripheral part is formed that protrudes rearward, an upper part of which is fixed on an outer periphery of the bracket, below which a downward stepped part that hooks on a central wall of the receiving metal fitting is formed. A remaining part below the stepped part serves as a metal fitting penetration part, into which the wedge is fitted through a notch formed on upper and lower edges in front part of the tubular bracket, except for the forward horizontal protrusion on the upper edge, bringing the positioning member in contact with the central wall of the receiving metal fitting, at the same time bringing the wedge body in contact with the vertical wall, and the lower edge protruding below the receiving metal fitting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱の平面視コ形の受け金具と管状腕木材端部の係止金具とよりなる。係止金具は、上端に前方水平突出部を有する後ろ向きに反った縦長板状のくさび本体の下寄りにくさび位置決め部材がくさび前方押し用板ばねの下端を挟んで止められているくさびと、垂直壁に後方突出状周縁が設けられ、その上部が腕木材の外周に固着せられ、その下方に受け金具の中央壁に引っ掛けられる下向き段部が形成せられ、これより下部分が受け金具貫通部となされ、管状腕木材の前部上下端に形成せられた切り欠きを通し、上端の前方水平突出部を残してくさびが嵌め入れられ、位置決め部材が受け金具の中央壁に接するとともに、くさび本体が垂直壁に接してその下端が受け金具の下方に突出するくさび案内部材とよりなる。【選択図】 図4
