BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING-TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device of a simple structure for a wedge binding-type scaffold.SOLUTION: A binding device for a wedge binding-type scaffold includes a bracket fastened to a support post, and a locking fitting installed at an end of an arm member spanned between two support posts. The bracket is U-shaped when seen in a planar view, and has a central wall inclined downward in a forward direction. The locking fitting comprises a vertically long plate-form wedge and a wedge guiding member. The wedge includes a perpendicular part, a bent part that opens to the left, and a lower edge part. The bent part of the wedge has a rearward horizontal protrusion formed at an upper edge of the perpendicular part, extends downward from the perpendicular part in a bent form that opens to the left, and the lower half of the bent form inclines downward in a forward direction at an almost same angle with the central wall of the bracket. The lower edge part of the wedge inclines downward from the bent part in a rearward direction. The wedge guiding member has a perpendicular wall along which a rim protrudes rearward, the perpendicular wall having a cross section that fits along an outer peripheral surface of the support post. An upper part of the rim in a height direction is fastened to an outer peripheral surface of the arm member on both sides, and a downward stepped part is formed below the portion fastened to the arm member. A lower part of the stepped part pierces through the bracket, and the wedge is fitted such that the lower edge part of the wedge comes in contact with a rear surface at a bottom edge of the rim that protrudes rearward.
【課題】構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置は、支柱に固着せられた受け金具と、２つの支柱間に渡される腕木材の端部に設けられた係止金具とよりなる。受け金具は、平面からみてコ形で中央壁が前下がりに傾斜せしめられている。係止金具は、垂直部の上端に後ろ向き水平突出部が形成せられ、垂直部から下方に逆くの字状にのびその下半が受け金具の中央壁と略同じ斜度で前下がりに傾斜した逆くの字部とこれより後ろ下がりに傾斜した下端部とを有する縦長板状のくさびと、横断面が支柱の外周面にそう垂直壁に後方突出状周縁が設けられその高さの上方寄り部分が腕木材の外周両側に固着せられ、その下方に下向き段部が形成せられ、その下部分が受け金具貫通部となされ、くさびが嵌め入れられてその下端部が後方突出状周縁下端の後面に接し得るようになされたくさび案内部材とよりなりなる。【選択図】 図３
