BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLD
To provide a binding device in a wedge binding type scaffold, which is excellent in safety by eliminating the possibility that an insert metal fitting with a wedge carelessly comes off from a socket metal fitting of a column even when the wedge is displaced upward concerning the insert metal fitting by an unintended external force such as vibration in a bound state.SOLUTION: A binding device comprises: a socket metal fitting 2 fixed to an outside surface 11 of a column 1; and an insert metal fitting 4 with a wedge 5 fixed to an end part 31 of a cloth material 3 in a suspended state. The wedge 5 has a relief groove 50c in a lower part of a second pressure contact part 57 in a lower end part of a front surface which can release the binding state of the wedge 5 by housing a rear end edge 431 of a bottom wall 43 of the insert metal fitting 4 when the wedge 5 in the binding state is shifted upward to the insert metal fitting 4 by the action of an unintended external force. A lower end part 53 of the wedge 5 released from the binding state is abutted on a lower end edge of a center wall 21 of the socket metal fitting 2 to prevent the insert metal fitting 4 with the wedge 5 from coming off from the socket metal fitting 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】緊結状態において振動等の意図しない外力によりくさびがインサート金具に対して上方にずれた場合でも、くさび付きインサート金具が支柱のソケット金具から不用意に抜けるおそれがなく、安全性に優れた、くさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】緊結装置は、支柱1の外側面11に固着されたソケット金具2と、布材3の端部31に垂下状に固着されたくさび5付きインサート金具4とを備えている。くさび5は、その前面の下端部における第２圧接部57の下方部分に、緊結状態のくさび5が意図しない外力の作用でインサート金具4に対して上方にずれた際にインサート金具4の底壁43の後端縁431を収容してくさび5の緊結状態を解除しうる逃がし溝50cを有している。緊結状態が解除されたくさび5の下端部53が、ソケット金具2の中央壁21下端縁に当接することにより、くさび5付きインサート金具4がソケット金具2から抜けるのが阻止される。【選択図】図８
