BINDING DEVICE FOR WEDGE BINDING-TYPE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device of a simple structure for a wedge binding-type scaffold.SOLUTION: A binding device includes a bracket 2 fixed on a support post 1, and an engaging metal fitting 4 at an end of a cross arm member 3. The bracket 2 is U-shaped when seen in a planar view, and has a central wall 5 inclined downward in a forward direction. The engaging metal fitting 4 includes: a vertically long wedge 11 of a plate form having a perpendicular part 6 with a rearward-facing horizontal protrusion 7 on an upper edge, a reverse dogleg shaped part 9 extending downward from the perpendicular part 6 in a reverse dogleg shape and having a lower half 8 inclined downward in a forward direction at almost a same inclination angle with the central wall 5 of the bracket 2, and a lower edge part 10 inclined downward in a rearward direction from the reverse dogleg shaped part; and a wedge guide member 17 into which the wedge 11 is fitted except for the rearward-facing horizontal protrusion 7, and the wedge guide member has a rearward-protruding peripheral edge 14 disposed on a perpendicular wall 12, the rearward-protruding peripheral edge having a rearward opening recess 13 on an upper edge 14a and the perpendicular wall having a transverse cross-section fitted along an outer peripheral surface of the support post 1, and an upper part in a height direction of the peripheral edge 14 is of an arcuate form and is fixed on both sides along an outer periphery of the cross arm member 3, underneath which a downward-facing stepped part 15 and a bracket insertion part 16 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】構造が簡単なくさび緊結式足場における緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】緊結装置は、支柱１に固着せられた受け金具２と、腕木材３の端部の係止金具４とよりなる。受け金具２は、平面視コ形で中央壁５が前下がりに傾斜している。係止金具４は、上端に後ろ向き水平突出部７を有する垂直部６と垂直部６から下方に逆くの字状にのびその下半８が受け金具２の中央壁５と略同じ斜度で前下がりに傾斜した逆くの字部９とこれより後ろ下がりに傾斜した下端部１０とを有する縦長板状のくさび１１と、横断面が支柱１の外周面にそう垂直壁１２に後方開口凹部１３を上縁１４ａに有する後方突出状周縁１４が設けられこの周縁１４の高さの上方寄り部分が弧状となされて腕木材３の外周両側に固着せられ、その下方に下向き段部１５と受け金具貫通部１６とが形成せられ、くさび１１が後ろ向き水平突出部７を残して嵌め入れられたくさび案内部材１７とより構成される。【選択図】図３
