CONTROL DEVICE FOR TURNING TYPE WORK MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both sufficient regeneration efficiency and high brake performance during turning and decelerating operation.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a control device for turning type work machine in which a rotation brake action is carried out through relief action of a relief valve during turning and decelerating operation and in turn oil energy is converted into rotating energy by a regeneration motor 21 to regenerate it. As the relief valve, variable relief valves 26, 27 changing characteristics of relief flow rate/relief pressure by an instruction signal sent from a controller 28 are applied and the characteristics of relief flow rate/relief pressure of the variable relief valves 26, 27 are changed to attain sufficient relief pressure to perform a turning brake action in regard to a relief flow rate Qr at that time during turning and deceleration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】旋回減速時に、十分な回生効率と高いブレーキ性能を両立させる。【解決手段】旋回減速時にリリーフ弁のリリーフ作動によって旋回ブレーキ作用を行わせる一方、回生モータ21によって油のエネルギーを回転エネルギーに変換して回生する旋回式作業機械の制御装置において、リリーフ弁として、コントローラ28からの指令信号によってリリーフ流量/リリーフ圧の特性が変わる可変リリーフ弁26,27を用い、旋回減速時に、そのときのリリーフ流量Qrに対して旋回ブレーキ作用を行うのに十分なリリーフ圧が得られるように可変リリーフ弁26,27のリリーフ流量/リリーフ圧の特性を変えるように構成した。【選択図】図1
