INSULATION FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND MAINTENANCE METHOD OF INSULATION FOUNDATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation foundation structure capable of preventing invasion of ants guided to front side of building foundation through jointing surface of an insulation and building foundation into inside of a building through a pathway communicated to inside of the building from building foundation upper part.SOLUTION: An insulation foundation structure 1 comprises a structure in which an insulation 13 is arranged on an outer surface of a rising foundation part 12 positioned at a periphery of a mat foundation 11. A projecting part is formed on the outer surface, which guides a jointing surface of the outer surface and the insulation 13 to a front side of the foundation above the insulation 13 where the insulation 13 is absent. A seal material containing medicine for preventing ants from invasion is provided on a pathway which may become ant path from upper part of the rising foundation part 12 to be placed upper than a part guided to the front side of the foundation in the jointing surface 10 to inside of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱材と建物基礎との接合面を通って建物基礎の表側に導かれた蟻が、建物基礎上部から建物の屋内側へと通じる経路から建物の屋内側へ侵入するのを防止することができる断熱基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】断熱基礎構造１は、べた基礎１１の周囲に位置する立上基礎部１２の外側表面に断熱材１３を付設した構造を有する。上記外側表面には、当該外側表面と上記断熱材１３との接合面を当該断熱材１３の上部で当該断熱材１３が存在しない基礎表側に至らせる突出部が形成されており、上記接合面１０の上記基礎表側に至った箇所よりも上側となる上記立上基礎部１２の上部から建物の屋内側へと通じる蟻道となりうる経路上に、蟻の侵入を防ぐ薬剤入りのシール材が設けられている。【選択図】図１
