PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure for a building and a construction method thereof that offer both practical utility and termite prevention property, even when pile reinforcement is necessary for the ground.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 1 of a building includes a mat foundation structure 5, a plurality of reinforcement piles 3, and a base part 21. The mat foundation structure 5 has an integrally installed slab 23 and a rising part 22. The plurality of piles 3 is installed underground below the rising part 22, in a longitudinal direction of the rising part 22 with an interval in between. The base part 21 is installed between the pile 3 and the mat foundation structure 5, and extends in the longitudinal direction of the rising part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤に対して杭補強が必要な場合であっても、実用性と防蟻性とを兼ね備えた建物の基礎の構造およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物の基礎構造１は、べた基礎構造物５と、補強用の複数の杭部３と、ベース部２１とを備える。べた基礎構造物５は、一体的に打設されたスラブ部２３と立上り部２２とを有している。複数の杭部３は、立上り部２２の下方において、立上り部２２の長手方向に沿って間隔をあけて、地中に設けられている。ベース部２１は、杭部３とべた基礎構造物５との間に打設され、立上り部２２の長手方向に沿って延在する。【選択図】図１
