FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation construction method and foundation structure of a building which can easily and reliably prevent misalignment of a pile head of a steel pipe pile due to a thrust force without using an underground beam.SOLUTION: The foundation construction method of the building 1 includes a step of burying a plurality of steel pipe piles 10 having a flange-like pile head plate 13 in the ground, a step of connecting the pile head plates 13 of the adjacent steel pipe piles 10 with reinforcing bars 20 for reinforcing concrete and a step of placing concrete so that the reinforcing bars 20 will be buried to form slab concrete 30. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the spacing between the pile heads from spreading due to the thrust force received from an upper structure 40 connected to the pile head plate 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】スラスト力による鋼管杭の杭頭の位置ずれを、地中梁を用いることなく、簡便かつ確実に防止することができる建築物の基礎工事方法及基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】建築物1の基礎工事方法は、フランジ状の杭頭プレート13を有する複数の鋼管杭10を地中に埋設する工程と、隣接する鋼管杭10の杭頭プレート13同士をコンクリート補強用の鉄筋20で連結する工程と、鉄筋20が埋没するようにコンクリートを打設して土間コンクリート30を形成する工程を含む。これにより、杭頭プレート13に接続される上部構造物40から受けるスラスト力による杭頭間の開きを防止することができる。【選択図】図4
