TIDE EMBANKMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a landscape by being arranged in a lower position in normal time, and to exhibit the tide prevention function by being arranged in a high position when a tsunami is caused.SOLUTION: A tide embankment comprises guide means 3 laid on an inclined plane 2a and wave receiving means 4 slidingly supported by the guide means 3. When a wave receiving surface 4a of the wave receiving means 4 receives a wave (w), the wave receiving means 4 is pushed up to a high position by its wave force F and exhibits the tide prevention function. Since the wave force F of the wave (w) is used for pushing up the wave receiving means 4, a structure can be simplified by dispensing with a driving device. Since this is not for pushing up by buoyancy, there is no need to lighten the wave receiving means 4, so that a strong material can be used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】平常時には低い位置に配置されて景観を守ると共に、津波等が発生した場合には高い位置に配置されて防潮機能を発揮する。【解決手段】傾斜面2aに敷設されたガイド手段3と、該ガイド手段3に摺動自在に支持された波受け手段4とを備える。該波受け手段4の波受け面4aが波wを受けると、その波力Fによって該波受け手段4は高い位置に押し上げられて防潮機能を発揮する。該波受け手段4の押し上げには波wの波力Fを利用するので、駆動装置を不要として構造の簡素化を図ることができる。また、浮力によって押し上げるものでも無いので、該波受け手段4を軽くする必要が無く、堅牢な材料を使用することができる。【選択図】図1
