DOUBLE TUBE JOINT FOR PENETRATION OF BASE, DUCT LINE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND DUCT LINE RENEWAL METHOD
SOLUTION: A double tube joint 10 for penetration of base is a joint for constructing a discharging pipe penetrating a foundation of building. The joint comprises an inner tube 12 and a sheath tube 14. The inner tube comprises an elbow part 20 curved in a prescribed angle and a lateral tube part 22 having a larger axial length than a thickness of a rising part of the foundation. In addition, the sheath tube comprises a lateral opening part 30 opened in a lateral direction, a curved part 32 curved upwardly from a base end part of the lateral opening part, and an upper opening part 34 opened upwardly and having such a size enabling the inner tube to be pulled or inserted.EFFECT: To have a superior construction characteristic and facilitate renewal of a discharging tube since all the connection works for the discharging tube are also facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【解決手段】基礎貫通用二重管継手10は、建物の基礎を貫通する排水管を施工するための継手であって、内管12と鞘管14とを備える。内管は、所定角度で湾曲するエルボ部20と、基礎の立上り部の厚みよりも大きい軸方向長さを有する横管部22とを備える。また、鞘管は、横向きに開口する横開口部30と、横開口部の基端部から上向きに湾曲する湾曲部32と、上向きに開口するかつ内管を抜き差し可能な大きさを有する上開口部34とを備える。【効果】排水管の接続作業を全て鞘管の外部で行うことが可能であるので、施工性に優れる。また、排水管の更新も容易である。【選択図】図1
