FORCIBLE FEEDING METHOD FOR CB SOLUTION, AND FLASH-SETTING GROUT INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forcible feeding method for a CB solution that keeps fluidity of the CB solution longer by controlling hydration reaction of cements, along with a flash-setting grout injection method that promptly reinforces a ground by curtailing gelation time, which is made possible by mixing liquid glass solution into the forcibly fed CB solution immediately before injection and injecting the mixture into a ground or a cavity behind a structure.SOLUTION: A forcible feeding method for a CB solution is a part of a flash-setting grout injection method, in which the CB solution containing cements and bentonite and a liquid glass solution containing liquid glass are forcibly fed separately and mixed immediately before injection and then injected into a ground or a cavity behind a structure, thereby curtailing gelation time and promptly reinforcing the ground. The CB solution is left as is and the forcible feeding is suspended for a long time, after adding 1.0 kg or more of condensed phosphate per 1 mof the CB solution for keeping fluidity of the solution for a long time that enables forcible feeding. Then, new CB solution is forcibly fed without cleaning a forcible feeding pipe of the CB solution and keeping the CB solution that has been left in the pipe as is.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメント類の水和反応を抑制させることにより、ＣＢ液の流動性保持時間を長くするＣＢ液の圧送方法及び、その圧送方法により圧送したＣＢ液に注入直前において水ガラス液を混合して地盤や構造物背面の空洞に注入し、ゲル化時間を短縮して早期に地盤強化を図る瞬結性グラウト注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】セメント類とベントナイトを含有するＣＢ液と、水ガラスを含有する水ガラス液と、を別々に圧送して地盤や構造物背面の空洞への注入直前に混合して注入し、ゲル化時間を短縮して早期に地盤強化を図る瞬結性グラウト注入工法におけるＣＢ液の圧送方法であって、前記ＣＢ液に、圧送可能な流動性を長時間保持するために縮合リン酸塩を１ｍ３あたり１．０ｋｇ以上添加したうえ、このＣＢ液を放置したまま圧送を長時間 中断し、その後、ＣＢ液の圧送管内を洗浄することなく放置した前記ＣＢ液を前記圧送管内に存置させたまま新たなＣＢ液を圧送する。【選択図】なし
