METHOD FOR INJECTING FLASH SETTING HARDENED GROUT
To provide a method for injecting a flash setting hardened grout which can be injected to a wider range while securing the expression of early strength by forming a flow path by devising the injection sequence.SOLUTION: A method for injecting a flash setting hardened grout having a gelling time of 20 seconds or less by mixing liquid B of water glass with 130 to 200 L with respect to 1 mof liquid A in a liquid A of cement milk and having uniaxial compressive strength after 3 hours of 1.5 N/mmor more comprises a first injection step of first injecting the liquid B using an injection device provided with a tip of an injection pipe of the liquid B in a tip end of an injection pipe of liquid A, next, a second injection step of injecting the flash setting hardened grout mixed with the liquid A and the liquid B from the injection device, a step of forming a flow path in which gelation is delayed by bringing the grout injected in the second injection step into contact with and mixing with the liquid B injected in the first injection step, and a step of injecting the flash setting hardened grout in a forward direction far from the injection device through the flow path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】注入順序を工夫して流路を形成し、早期強度の発現を確保しつつより広大な範囲まで注入可能な瞬結性硬化グラウトの注入方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメントミルクのA液に水ガラスのB液をA液1m3に対して130〜200Lの混合してゲル化時間が20秒以内で、3時間後の一軸圧縮強度が1.5N/mm2以上となる瞬結性硬化グラウトの注入方法において、前記A液の注入管の先端内に前記B液の注入管の先端が設けられた注入装置を用い、初めに前記B液を注入する第1注入工程を行い、次に、前記注入装置から前記A液と前記B液を混合した前記瞬結性硬化グラウトを注入する第2注入工程を行い、第1注入工程で注入した前記B液に、第2注入工程で注入する前記グラウトを接触させて混合することによりゲル化を遅延させた流路を形成し、当該流路を通じて前記瞬結性硬化グラウトを前記注入装置から遠い前方に注入する。【選択図】図6
