PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively develop a high earthquake resistance even in a high-aspect-ratio building built on a narrow land or the like.SOLUTION: A building 1 includes a substructure 10 constructed in a ground G, a superstructure 20 provided above the substructure 10, a through wall column 30 of which an upper end 30t is connected at least to an uppermost part 20t of the superstructure 20 and a lower end 30b is fixed to the substructure 10, and which is provided extending to the uppermost part 20t of the superstructure 20, and beams 22 provided in the superstructure 20 at a plurality of positions spaced from one another in the vertical direction for individually connecting the superstructure 20 and the through wall column 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】狭隘な土地等に建てられる塔状比の高い建物においても、高い耐震性を有効に得る。【解決手段】建物1は、地盤G中に構築された下部構造10と、下部構造10の上方に設けられた上部構造20と、上端部30tが上部構造20の少なくとも最上部20tに連結され、下端部30bが下部構造10に固定され、上部構造20の最上部20tまで延びて設けられた通し壁柱30と、上部構造20において上下方向に間隔をあけた複数個所に設けられ、それぞれ上部構造20と通し壁柱30とを連結する梁22と、を備える。【選択図】図1
