VIBRATION CONTROL BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control building with high vibration control to suppress the amount of response deformation of a building with a small number of vibration control equipment as a vibration control structure used for mid-to-high-rise buildings provided with an open ceiling space or a long span column-beam structure.SOLUTION: A vibration control building 1 is provided with a plurality of integrated vibration control layers arranged in a height direction with a space therebetween. The integrated vibration control layers are provided with column-beam structure surfaces 23 surrounding an open ceiling space or column-beam structures whose column spacing distances are longer than distances between an upper column and a lower column, and dampers 25 are installed within the column-beam structure surfaces 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吹き抜け空間または長スパン柱梁架構を備えた中高層建物に用いる制振構造として、少ない制振装置によって、建物の応答変形量を抑制する、高い制振性を備えた制振建物を提供する。【解決手段】複数の集中制振層が高さ方向に間隔をあけて設けられた制振建物1であって、集中制振層には、吹き抜け空間を囲む柱梁構面23、または、柱間距離が上下階の柱間距離よりも長い柱梁構面が設けられており、柱梁構面23内に、ダンパー25が設置されている。【選択図】図1
