To provide a vibration control building capable of reducing a deformation effectively according to a ratio of an interlayer deformation and a flexure deformation.SOLUTION: A vibration control building (building 10) comprises a column beam frame (a column 12, a beam 14) formed across a plurality of layers and a damper 30 of which one end is coupled to an upper beam 16A, of which other end is coupled to a lower beam 16D, which is installed in a tilted way in a horizontal direction and of which tilt angle is different according to the installed layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
