GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE OF SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail structure which prevents fingers from directly contacting with a so-called small port face of a guide rail even if fingers intrude into a guide groove of the guide rail.SOLUTION: A guide rail structure of a shutter is composed of: tip-side regions of sideway sides 20, 21; front sides 23, 24; a guide rail 2 in which a U-shaped receiving groove in a cross section view is formed of bent and curve sides 25, 26; and a resin member 3 having a main body and coated pieces 30. In the resin member 3, the main body is inserted into the receiving groove, the coated pieces 30 are attached to the guide rail 2 so as to cover end edges 250, 260 of the bent and curved sides 25, 26, front faces 300 of the coated pieces 30 abut on the end edges 250, 260 of the bent and curved sides, side faces 302 of the coated pieces 30 are not protruded into a guide groove G, and the coated pieces 30 are not arranged at outside faces of the bent and curved sides 25, 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ガイドレールのガイド溝内に指が入り込んだ場合であっても、いわゆるガイドレールの小口面に直接指が接触することがないようなガイドレール構造を提供する。【解決手段】側辺20、21の先端側部位と、前辺23、24と、折曲辺25、26から断面視コ字状の受溝が形成されたガイドレール2と、本体と、前記本体から延出する被覆片30と、を備えた樹脂部材3と、からなり、樹脂部材3は、前記本体が受溝に挿入され、被覆片30が折曲辺25、26の端縁250、260を覆うようにガイドレール2に装着されており、被覆片30の前面300は折曲辺の端縁250、260に当接しており、被覆片30の側面302はガイド溝G内には突出しておらず、被覆片30は折曲辺25、26の外側面には設けられていない。【選択図】図4
