GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE FOR SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a fall stopper member which extends from an edge part of an opening/closing body as the opening/closing body is smoothly guided into a guide rail when the opening/closing body enters the guide rail to be guided in its opening/closing operation.SOLUTION: A guide rail structure for a shutter is provided with a channel-sectioned guide rail 27 having a rail opening 41 into which an edge part 39 of an opening/closing body 11 for opening and closing a building opening part 13 is inserted; a pair of fall stopper pieces 29 projecting vertically from respective opposed rail inner walls 43 of the guide rail 27 to constitute a slit 55, and guiding a fall stopper member 57 extending from the edge part 39 while stopping it from falling with the slit 55; a parallel superposition part 31 formed at an opening/closing body entry start end 63 of the fall stopper pieces 29 and bent in parallel with the rail inner walls 43 along the rail inner walls 43; and a bent crushed part 33 formed while twisted and bent from a direction perpendicular to the rail inner walls 43 to a direction parallel with the rail inner walls 43 between the fall stopper pieces 29 projecting perpendicularly from the rail inner walls 43 and the parallel superposition part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】開閉体の開閉動作時に、開閉体がガイドレールに進入し案内される際に、スムースにガイドレール内に案内され、開閉体の縁部から延出する抜け止め部材の耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】建物開口部13を開閉する開閉体11の縁部39が挿入されるレール開口41を有する断面コ字状のガイドレール27と、ガイドレール27の対向する各レール内壁43から垂直に突出してスリット55を構成し、縁部39から延出する抜け止め部材57をスリット55で抜け止めして案内する一対の抜け止め片29と、抜け止め片29の開閉体進入開始端63に形成され、レール内壁43と平行に折り曲げられてレール内壁43に沿う平行重ね部31と、レール内壁43から垂直に突出している抜け止め片29と平行重ね部31との間で、レール内壁43に垂直な向きからレール内壁43と平行な向きに捩り曲げられて形成された曲げ潰し部33と、を設けた。【選択図】 図4
