GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE FOR SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress dislocation of a shutter curtain even when a guide rail is deformed due to loosening of the shutter curtain caused by wind and other external forces.SOLUTION: A guide rail structure for a shutter includes: an outer frame 27 fixed on a building frame; a guide rail 29 supported on the outer frame 27 and having a rail opening 63 into which an edge part 61 of an opening/closing body 13 is inserted; a reinforcement material 31 having a U-shaped cross-section and held in contact with a rail inner surface 75 of the guide rail 29, having a reinforcement material opening 83 into which the edge part 61 is inserted; a pair of reinforcement material opening edges 33, 34 sandwiching the reinforcement material opening 83; a pair of dislocation preventing pieces 35 protruding from each of the reinforcement material inner surfaces 85 that face each other of the reinforcement material 31 for forming a slit 87, and guiding a dislocation preventing member 89 extending from the edge part 61 while preventing dislocation with the slit 87; and a tapered surface 37 provided at least on one of the rail inner surfaces 75 sandwiching the rail opening 63 of the guide rail 29, inclined in a direction to come close to the opening/closing body 13 toward the rail opening 63 from the rail inner side, and having the reinforcement material opening edge 33 contacting thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
