GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE FOR SHUTTER
To provide a guide rail structure for a shutter which is capable of suppressing abnormal noise caused by sliding contact between a guide rail and a hook part.SOLUTION: A guide rail structure for a shutter includes: a plurality of slats 21 engaged with each other at their long side parts in the longitudinal direction to constitute a planar shutter curtain 23; a pair of slip-off preventing members 31 whose both ends are fixed with neck parts 45 that extend in the lengthwise direction in a projected manner at both ends of each slat 21, the neck parts 45 being formed such that their tips in the projection direction have hook parts 47 projecting in the thickness direction of the shutter curtain 23; and a pair of aluminum guide rails 33 having grooves 59 fixed to the right and left sides of an opening 13 and sandwiching edges 53 on both sides of the shutter curtain 23 from the thickness direction, each groove 59 being formed with a pair of retaining pieces 67 for retaining the hook part 47 by retaining the neck part 45, each groove 59 being formed such that a groove bottom 51 thereof is formed with a projecting line 69 which is continuous with the elevating direction in a direction in which the hook part 47 is in sliding contact with a tip end surface 49 on the opposite side of the neck part 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ガイドレールとフック部との摺接により生じる異音を抑制できるシャッター用ガイドレール構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数枚を長手方向に沿う長辺部同士で係合して面状のシャッターカーテン２３を構成するスラット２１と、スラット２１の両端に長手方向に沿って首部４５が突出して固定され、この首部４５の突出方向先端にはシャッターカーテン２３の厚み方向に突出するフック部４７を有して形成される一対の抜け止め部材３１と、開口部１３の左右に固定されシャッターカーテン２３の両側の縁部５３を厚み方向から挟む溝５９を有しこの溝５９には首部４５を挟みフック部４７を抜け止めする一対の抜け止め片６７が形成されるとともに、溝５９の溝底５１にはフック部４７を挟み首部４５と反対側の先端面４９に摺接する凸条６９が昇降方向に沿って連続して形成される一対のアルミ製のガイドレール３３と、を備える。【選択図】 図２
