PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation auxiliary control device capable of preventing an impact from being generated when an operation object is manually operated and reaches a terminal position of an operation range.SOLUTION: A power backdoor control device comprises: a position detection part that detects a door position; a speed calculation part that calculates a door speed based on a time variation of the door position; and an output voltage calculation part 16 that calculates an output voltage Va based on the door position and the door speed. The power backdoor control device gives an auxiliary force to a manual operation of the backdoor by controlling motor drive based on the output voltage Va. The power backdoor control device has an output voltage restriction part 17, which restricts the output voltage Va based on the door position, and restricts the output voltage Va, which is calculated by the output voltage calculation part 16, to a lower level by the output voltage restriction part 17, and controls the motor drive based on the output voltage Vd after the restriction, when the door position reaches the vicinity of a terminal (completely closed position or completely opened position) of an operation range of the backdoor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
