JOINING DEVICE OF STEEL PIPE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device of a steel pipe column, applied to use under a condition of a low sky head, by joining a lower side steel pipe column and its upper side steel pipe column inserted into a pit of the ground, with sufficient joining strength, by a screw type mechanical joint.SOLUTION: A joining device comprises a holding device 20 for holding a lower side steel pipe column 1 in a rotation-stopped state and a fastening device 40 for holding and rotating an upper side steel pipe column 1. The fastening device 40 comprises an upper side pedestal frame 42 arranged on the holding device 20 and inserting the upper side steel pipe column 1, a holding mechanism 50 rotatably provided on the upper side pedestal frame 42 around the axis of the upper side steel pipe column 1 and transferring to a holding state of surrounding and holding the upper side steel pipe column 1 and an expansion state of enabling the upper side steel pipe column 1 to enter and retreat by expanding from the holding state, and an expansion mechanism 60 provided in the upper side pedestal frame 42 and rotating the holding mechanism 50 by expanding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地盤の坑内に挿入された下側の鋼管柱とその上側の鋼管柱とをネジ式機械式継手により十分な接合強度をもって接合することができ、低空頭の条件下での使用に適した鋼管柱の接合装置を提供する。【解決手段】下側の鋼管柱1を回り止めした状態で保持する保持装置20と、上側の鋼管柱1を保持して回転させる締結装置40とを備える。締結装置40は、保持装置20の上に配され上側の鋼管柱1が通される上側の台座フレーム42と、上側の鋼管柱1の軸の周りに回転可能に上側の台座フレーム42に設けられ、上側の鋼管柱1を包囲して保持する保持状態と、該保持状態から展開して上側の鋼管柱1を入退可能とする展開状態とに遷移する保持機構50と、上側の台座フレーム42に設けられ、伸縮することにより保持機構50を回転させる伸縮機構60とを備える。【選択図】図2
