INSTALLATION METHOD FOR FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a foundation structure that saves labor and costs necessary for installing a foundation structure and enables the foundation structure to be installed in a short work period.SOLUTION: In an installation method for a foundation structure: a groundsill pipe 11a is fixed at a location of installation by screwing an adjustment bolt 30 in a bolt hole formed on a building frame 24; a height and an inclination of the groundsill pipe 11a is adjusted with regard to the building frame, using the adjustment bolt 30; and a width-restricting bolt is screwed into a long nut fixed on the first to the fourth side walls 27a to 27d. Then, a bottom part frame material 13 is fixed at a bottom part of the groundsill pipe 11a, a crown part frame material is installed detachably on a crown part of the groundsill pipe 11a, and a newly installed waterproof material 19 is installed over an entire outer peripheral surface of the groundsill pipe 11a and the bottom part frame material 13. Furthermore, concrete 20 is cast in an inner space inside the groundsill pipe 11a and the frame material 13, and the crown part frame material is removed from the crown part of the groundsill pipe 11a after the concrete 20 has cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基礎構造物の据付に要する労力やコストを低減することができるとともに、基礎構造物を短い工期で据え付けることができる基礎構造物据付方法を提供する。【解決手段】基礎構造物構築方法は、躯体24に形成されたボルト孔に調整ボルト30を螺着して土台管11aを据付箇所に固定し、調整ボルト30を利用して躯体に対する土台管11aの高さおよび傾きを調整し、第1〜第4側壁27a〜27dに固定された長ナットに幅止めボルトを螺着する。次に、土台管11aの底部に底部枠材13を固定し、土台管11aの頂部分に頂部枠材を着脱可能に設置し、土台管11aおよび底部枠材13の外周面全域に新設防水材19を設置する。さらに、土台管11aおよびそれら枠材13の内側スペースにコンクリート20を打設し、コンクリート20を養生した後に土台管11aの頂部分から頂部枠材を取り外す。【選択図】図2
