PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine equipped with an electric operation device which allows an operator to sense the state of the work machine by means of an operation feeling of an operation member.SOLUTION: A work machine includes: a driving device 51 for driving a working unit 50; and an electric operation device 24 for operating the working unit 50. The operation device 24 includes: a reaction-force applying device 40 that applies a reaction force to a lever 38 operated from a neutral position to return the lever 38 to the neutral position; a pressure sensor 23 that detects a driving hydraulic pressure of a driving motor 33 as a state-indicator value of the work machine relating to the movement of the working unit 50; a control-value deriving unit 56 that derives a motor-current value for controlling the reaction-force applying device 40 according to the driving hydraulic pressure detected by the pressure sensor 23; and a reaction force controller 57 that controls a reaction-force motor 43 of the reaction-force applying device 40 such that the reaction-force applying device 40 applies a reaction force to the lever 38 according to the motor-current value derived by the control-value deriving unit 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
