To suppress reduction in work efficiency.SOLUTION: A work machine has front wheels, a front wheel driving device to drive the front wheels to rotate, rear wheels, a rear wheel driving device to drive the rear wheels to rotate, and a controller to control speed ratio representing the ratio of front wheel speed to rear wheel speed. The controller determines whether or not a predetermined variation occurred in driving force applied to the front wheels. When determining that the predetermined variation occurred, the controller eliminates the predetermined variation by reducing the speed ratio, and when the predetermined variation is eliminated, the controller increases the speed ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
