DECOMPOSING AGENT FOR ASPHALT EMULSION, AND METHOD TO DECOMPOSE ASPHALT EMULSION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposing agent that offers both excellent decomposing property and excellent film-forming property, thus resolving a problem with a method in which a decomposing agent is scattered after or simultaneously with scattering of asphalt emulsion proposed in a recent years for curtailing construction period and in preparation for a rainfall during the construction work, the problem being that many of the decomposing agents used contain alkali metal salt that forcibly decomposes the asphalt emulsion, but do not always offer favorable film-forming action, and only microscopic asphalt fragments are formed immediately after decomposition that could drain away as asphalt fragments when rain falls immediately after decomposition, or for other reasons.SOLUTION: A decomposing agent for asphalt emulsion mainly comprises metal salt of phosphoric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 近年、施工時間の短縮や、施工中の降雨に備えてアスファルト乳剤散布後あるいは散布と同時に分解剤を散布する工法が提案されている。これらの分解剤の多くはアルカリ金属塩などを用いた強制分解によるものである。しかしながら、アルカリ金属塩の多くは分解作用を示すものの、必ずしも造膜作用に優れず、従って分解直後に微小なアスファルト細片が形成されるだけで、分解直後に降雨などがあった場合アスファルト細片として流出してしまう恐れがある。そこで、分解に優れるだけでなく、造膜性にも優れた分解剤を提供する。【解決手段】 リン酸の金属塩を主成分とするもの。【選択図】 なし
