To provide a decomposing agent for a cationic asphalt emulsion excellent in decomposability even in construction at a low temperature such as in winter or at night.SOLUTION: A decomposing agent for a cationic asphalt emulsion comprises a sulfur-containing anionic surfactant (A), at least one sulfur-containing inorganic salt (B) selected from sulfate, sulfite, bisulfite and thiosulfate, and a compound (C) represented by a specific general formula (1), and has a specific gravity of 1.03 - 1.30 at 20°C. It is preferable that the surfactant (A) is a mixture of two or more kinds and essentially contains an aromatic sulfonate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】冬場や夜間といった低温での施工でも分解性に優れるカチオン系アスファルト乳剤の分解剤を提供する。【解決手段】含硫黄型アニオン性界面活性剤（Ａ）と、硫酸塩、亜硫酸塩、亜硫酸水素塩及びチオ硫酸塩から選ばれる少なくとも１種の含硫黄型無機塩（Ｂ）と、特定の一般式（１）で示される化合物（Ｃ）とを含み、２０℃における比重が１．０３～１．３０である、カチオン系アスファルト乳剤の分解剤。前記界面活性剤（Ａ）が、２種以上の混合物であり、かつ、芳香族系のスルホン酸塩を必須に含むと好ましい。【選択図】なし
