VIBRATION SUPPRESSION BODY FOR HANGER BOLT
PURPOSE: To provide a vibration suppression body for a hanger bolt capable of restricting vibration of the hanger bolt, preventing deformation or damage of the hanger bolt and at the same time suppressing oscillation of a hanging structure.CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a vibration suppression body for a hanger bolt that is fixed to the hanger bolt hung from a ceiling body to hung down a hanging structure, reduces vibration load acted on the hanger bolt, and suppresses vibration. Lower ends of three or more rod-like resilient bodies are bundled, expanded to open in a radial manner from the bundled portions in an upward direction, hanger bolts are inserted and passed inside the bundled fixing part of the rod-like resilient bodies to cause the inner surfaces of the bundled fixed portions to be closely contacted with the outer periphery of the hanger bolt and at the same time the vibration suppression body is fitted and fixed to the hanger bolt under a state in which each of the upper ends of the rod-like resilient bodies is abutted against the lower surface of the ceiling body. When vibration energy is inputted against the hanger bolt, resilient characteristics of the rod-like bodies realize a biasing force in a direction opposite to a vibrating direction of the inputted vibration energy to cause the vibration energy to be restricted or diminished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】吊りボルトの振動を抑制して該吊りボルトの変形や破損を防止すると共に吊り構造物の揺れを抑制することができる吊りボルトの振動抑制体を提供する。【構成】吊り構造物を吊下げるために天井躯体から吊下固定される吊りボルトに取り付けて、吊りボルトに作用する震動負荷を低減させて震動を抑制する構成の吊りボルトの震動抑制体において、3本以上の弾性を有する棒状体の下端を束ね、束ねた部分から上方に放射状に拡開させ、棒状体の結束固定部の内側に吊りボルトを挿通し、吊りボルト外周に結束固定部の内面が密接させた状態にすると共に、棒状体の各上端を天井躯体下面に当接させた状態で吊りボルトに振動抑制体を取付固定する構成とし、吊りボルトに対して振動エネルギーが入力された際に、棒状体が有する弾性が入力された振動エネルギーの振動方向と逆方向に付勢力を発揮することによって振動エネルギーを抑制乃至は消滅させる構成。【選択図】 図1
