PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase part structure of a building capable of effectively using space.SOLUTION: A staircase part structure of a building X comprises: a second floor F1 with a rectangular opening R; L-shaped stairs 1, which has an outer girder 11 disposed along a north side L1 and a west side L2 of a circumference of the opening R and is connected to a downward opening 1a on an east side L4 of the circumference of the opening R along which the outer girder 11 is not disposed; and an inner cantilever floor F2, which is disposed so as to cantilever toward an inner girder 12 of the stairs 1 from a south side L3 and the east side L4 and has a height equal to the second floor F1, in a region where the stairs 1 are not disposed within the opening R in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】空間の有効利用が可能な建物の階段部構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物Ｘの階段部構造は、矩形状の開口Ｒを有する２階床Ｆ１と、外側桁１１が開口Ｒの周縁の北側辺Ｌ１及び西側辺Ｌ２に沿い、開口Ｒの周縁における外側桁１１が沿わない東側辺Ｌ４に降り口１ａが接続されたＬ字形状の階段１と、平面視で開口Ｒ内における階段１が設けられていない領域において、南側辺Ｌ３及び東側辺Ｌ４から階段１の内側桁１２に向けて片持ち状に設けられると共に、２階床Ｆ１と同一の床高さの内部片持ち床Ｆ２と、を備える。【選択図】図２
