CONCRETE FORMWORK HOLDING CLAMPING MEMBER SERVING AS RUSTPROOF AND WATERPROOF AND FURTHER INTEGRALLY SET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete formwork holding clamping member serving as rustproof and waterproof and further integrally set in which the rust of a round separator and a joint nut due to rain water or the like soaking from a concrete wall surface can be prevented as much as possible.SOLUTION: A concrete formwork holding clamping member is characterized as follows: one end of a joint nut 11 is connected to a round separator 2; one end of a handrail bolt 12 is connected to the other end of this joint nut 11; alternatively, one end of a rustproof/waterproof metal part pre-embedded in concrete 13 is connected to the other end of this handrail bolt 12; a nylon flange 14 being a formwork abutment member is mounted on the other end of this rustproof/waterproof metal part pre-embedded in concrete 13; a first water stop wall 11d and a second water stop wall 13d are provided in the center of the joint nut 11 and the rustproof/waterproof metal part pre-embedded in concrete 13, respectively, so as to prevent water leakage of female screws 11a, 11c and female screws 13a, 13c provided on both sides; and a water stop ring 16 comprising a water expanding rubber is mounted on the handrail bolt 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの壁面から染み込んでくる雨水等によって丸セパレータやジョイントナットの錆びを極力防止できる防錆・防水を兼ねさらに一体化セットされたコンクリート型枠保持締付け部材を提供すること。【解決手段】丸セパレータ２に対してはジョイントナット１１の一端を連結し、このジョイントナット１１の他端にはジョイントボルト１２の一端を連結する一方、このジョイントボルト１２の他端には防錆・防水先付け埋コン１３の一端を連結し、この防錆・防水先付け埋コン１３の他端には型枠当接部材であるナイロンフランジ１４を装着し、記ジョイントナット１１および防錆・防水先付け埋コン１３の中央には、それぞれ、両側に設けた１１ａ，１１ｃおよび雌ネジ部１３ａ，１３ｃが漏水しないように第１止水壁１１ｄおよび第２止水壁１３ｄを設ける共に、ジョイントボルト１２には水膨張ゴムから成る止水リング１６を装着した。【選択図】図１
