PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building capable of ensuring a wide room space.SOLUTION: The unit type building is designed with a trave plane of building unit 20 as the front side and has a first floor part 14 disposing plural units by coupling with each other at the trave plane. A first building unit 20a on the first floor, which is located at the front side of the first-floor part 14, has a partition wall 41 formed parallel to the trave plane, and the partition wall 41 partitions the first building unit 20a on the first floor into two spaces. The first building unit 20a on the first floor has an outdoor open space 31 at one side. In the other space, an entrance room 32 is formed including an entrance front space 34 and an entrance hall 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】より広い居室空間を確保することができるユニット式建物を提供すること。【解決手段】ユニット式建物は、建物ユニット２０の桁面を正面とし、かつその桁面同士を合わせるように並べて配置された一階部分１４を備えている。一階部分１４の最も前となる１階第１建物ユニット２０ａには、妻面と平行な区画壁部４１が設けられ、その区画壁部４１により、１階第１建物ユニット２０ａ内が２つの空間に区画されている。そのうち、一方の空間には屋外開放空間３１が設けられている。他方の空間には、玄関土間空間３４及び玄関ホール３５を有する玄関室３２が設けられている。【選択図】 図２
