To provide a unit type building capable of supporting each roof panel without being restricted by the arrangement of building units.SOLUTION: A building 10 has a building body 12 constituted by combining a plurality of building units 20 with each other, and a roof part 13 provided above the building body 12. The roof part 13 is constituted by arranging a plurality of roof panels 40 in parallel. A plurality of bundles 45 are erected on a frame body 24 of the building unit 20. The bundles 45 are disposed below the boundary between the adjacent roof panels 40 and support the adjacent roof panels 40 in common. Support beams 51, 52 are provided so as to bridge between the adjacent bundles 45. The support beams 51, 52 extend across the boundary between the adjacent roof panels 40 and support the adjacent roof panels 40 in common.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
