VENTILATION SYSTEM AND HOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system and a house capable of saving energy by excellent heat insulation performance without needing complicated duct piping in a building such as a single family house, and simultaneously realizing improvement of air quality by introducing fresh air indoors and reduction of heat loss in exhausting.SOLUTION: A ventilation system applied to a house having one or a plurality of floor portions, an underfloor space defined at a lower side of the floor portion of a lowermost layer among the floor portions, and a pair of under-eaves wall portions opposed to each other, includes: an underfloor separation wall for separating the underfloor space of the house into a first underfloor space, and a second underfloor space spatially connected to a living space; a blower disposed on the underfloor separation wall and capable of blowing the air in the forward and backward directions; an air distribution control portion for switching the air blowing direction of the blower at a prescribed timing; an air supply/exhaust port formed on a foundation portion of the house to be communicated with the first underfloor space; and an inorganic foam configuring the under-eave wall portions, disposed between the air supply/exhaust port and the blower, and ventilatably defining an outdoor space and an indoor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】一戸建て住宅などの建物において、複雑なダクト配管の必要がなく、優れた断熱性能による省エネルギー化が実現でき、室内への新鮮な空気の導入による空気質の改善と同時に、排気時の熱損失の低減が実現できる換気システム及び家屋を提供する。【解決手段】1つ又は複数の床部と、床部のうち、最下層の床部の下側に画成された床下空間と、相対向する一対の庇直下の壁部とを有する家屋に適用される換気システムであって、家屋の床下空間を、第1床下空間、及び、居住空間に空間的に接続する第2床下空間に分離する床下分離壁と、床下分離壁に配された、正逆方向に送風可能な送風機と、送風機の送風方向を所定のタイミングで切り替える送風制御部と、第1床下空間に連通するように家屋の基礎部に設けられた給排気口と、庇直下の壁部を構成し、及び、給排気口と送風機との間に配され、室外空間と室内空間とを通気可能に区画する無機発泡体と、を備える。【選択図】図2
