To provide a grout material filling method for efficiently filling a joint part of a precast concrete member and a hole part such as a through hole and a sleeve joint with a grout material.SOLUTION: A grout material filling method for filling a first joint part 51 between a first precast concrete member 31 and a foundation part 2 (other structural member), and a through hole 61 (hole part) that is formed in the first precast concrete member 31 and is opened to the first joint part 51 side with a grout material 4 injects the grout material 4 into a central part of the first joint part 51 in plan view and filling the first joint part 51 with the grout material 4, and fills the through hole 61 with the grout material 4 through the first joint part 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
