GROUT FILLING METHOD AND GROUT FILLING EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to inhibit the occurrence of air entrapment due to the ahead flow phenomenon that is developed by a filler, and also, where twisted PC steel wires are used as tension members, to reduce the chance that grout cannot be filled in the gap between the PC steel wires which constitute the twisted PC steel wires .SOLUTION: A method to fill grout into a sheath 4 in this invention features a procedure of consecutively injecting a "preceding low-viscosity grout GL", a "following high-viscosity grout GH" and a "tailing low-viscosity grout GL" from one end of the sheath 4. The "low-viscosity grout" means a grout with such a low viscosity that it causes the ahead flow phenomenon in the sheath 4, while the "high-viscosity grout GH" means a plastic grout with shape-retention or self-standing characteristics which does not cause the ahead flow phenomenon in the sheath 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】充填材の先流れ現象による空気だまりの発生を抑制できるとともに、緊張材としてPC鋼より線を用いた場合においても、PC鋼より線を構成するPC鋼線同士の隙間にグラウト材を充填できない空隙が残る虞を低減すること。【解決手段】シース4内にグラウト材を充填する方法であって、シース4の一方から「先行する低粘性グラウト材GL」、「次位の高粘性グラウト材GH」及び「後行する低粘性グラウト材GL」を連続状態で注入する工程を有することを特徴とする。ここで、「低粘性グラウト材GL」とは、シース4内で先流れ現象を起こす程度に粘性の低いグラウト材を意味し、「高粘性グラウト材GH」とはシース4内で先流れ現象が起きない保形性又は自立性を有する可塑性グラウト材を言う。【選択図】図3
