To provide a wall panel manufacturing method that can process a plural types of steel plates to which sheets having different thickness and stretch ratio are attached without replacing press die on one line and form a wall panel with high appearance quality by suppressing variations of a finished state.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a wall panel 30 comprises: B1 step to prepare a plate 10 to which a sheet 39 is attached and form a cutout portions 25, 26 including curve portions 27A, 28A; C1, C2, C3 steps to bend a first short side 15, a first long side 17, a second long side 18 at predetermined positions in parallel; and D1 step to finish corner portions 19, 20 by drawing process to bring a roller 76 rotatably in contact with unbent portions 27B, 28B. Shapes of curve portions 27A, 28A are constant regardless of thickness and stretch ratio of the sheet 39 in the B1 step. The drawing process is performed by changing a distance between a pressing member 74 and the roller 76 according to the thickness and the stretch ratio of the sheet 39 in the D1 step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】厚さや伸縮率が異なるシートが貼着された複数種類の鋼板を、一つのラインで、プレス金型を交換することなく加工でき、仕上がり状態のばらつきを抑えて、外観品質の高い壁パネルを形成できる製造方法を実現する。【解決手段】本発明に係る壁パネル30の製造方法は、シート39が貼着された板材10を用意して、曲線部27A、28Aを含む切欠き部25、26を形成するB1ステップと、第1短辺15、第1長辺17、第2長辺18とそれぞれ並行する所定位置で折曲するC1、C2、C3ステップと、曲げ残し部27B、28Bにローラー76を転接させる絞り加工によりコーナー部19、20に仕上げるD1ステップとを備え、前記B1ステップでは、シート39の厚さや伸縮率にかかわらず曲線部27A、28Aの形状を一定とし、前記D1ステップでは、シート39の厚さや伸縮率に応じて、押え部材74とローラー76との間隔を変化させて絞り加工を行う。【選択図】図16
